Pumpkins

Last Sunday, we bundled up and went to the pumpkin patch. It was only 55 degrees and cloudy. brrr! For the last several years, we've really enjoyed going to the Hanover Vegetable Farm. The boys enjoy the animals (goats, geese, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, and horses), the tractor ride to the patch, and the old fashioned water pumps.
It's a family friendly farm without all the scary halloween decorations.

Okay... so some of us in the photo look a little less then enthused, but we DID have a great time! :)

It was so chilly the boys didn't even want their fingers out in the air.

Aaron was so thrilled with the little pumpkin he found.

We counted 24 horses. Ethan was in heaven!!

The horses in the pasture with the white fences brought back many memories of my hometown in NJ.  Ahh!
Feels a little backwards, but we're off to the apple orchard next.
I love field trips this time of year!
